Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Tottenham have earmarked Roma coach Luciano Spalletti as a replacement for Mauricio Pochettino should the latter take over at Barcelona.

Pochettino has reportedly been earmarked by Barcelona as a replacement for Luis Enrique, who announced he would not be at the Catalans next season, and Spurs have been searching out a replacement.

Spalletti - whose contract at Roma is up this summer - is considered an attractive proposition at White Hart Lane given his football philosphies are in line with their's, though Tottenham are also considering Atalanta Coach Gian Piero Gasperini, Eusebio Di Francesco of Sassuolo and Sampdoria boss Marco Giampaolo.

TORINO CONSIDER PERMANENT HART MOVE

Torino have emerged as a contender to sign Joe Hart from Manchester City permanently this summer, reports Tuttosport.

It was previously thought that the £20 million City have been demanding for their out-of-favour goalkeeper was out of reach for the Granata, who took him on loan last summer after Claudio Bravo moved to the Etihad Stadium.

However, Torino could now raise the funds after being impressed with Hart's performances as well as his standing in the dressing room, with meetings planned with City in the coming months to attempt to find a solution for all parties.
