General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has shared his reaction to the US visa restrictions placed on Nigerians by America.
According to him, it is funny how times have changed because people used to rush to our country in the past.
He added that the current reality is even more devastating when we remember how the naira was nearly equal to the pounds in the past.
Speaking during Redeemed’s monthly thanksgiving service, he said, “There was a time when the Naira was nearly equal to the pounds sterling, people were rushing in to Nigeria, from India, from Ghana from all over however, now, governments are saying we will not even be allowing Nigerians to come.”
