Usher's 5-year-old son Usher Raymond V is currently in an Atlanta hospital after an accident in the singer's pool.
The Voice coach's son was taken to the hospital yesterday evening after almost drowning while trying to retrieve a toy that was stuck in an underwater pool drain, according to an Atlanta police report.
Usher Raymond V's arm got stuck in the drain while he was underwater and his aunt and a housekeeper unsuccessfully tried to free him.
Two male contracters working inside the house then rushed to the pool and were able to free the boy and remove him from the water. One of the men performed CPR, reviving the boy before medical responders arrived at Usher's home.
Usher's son is currently recovering at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite and is "conscious, alert and breathing," according to the report.
