Standard standard driver assistance features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning and Blind Spot Monitor, while the interior comes with leatherette seating upholstery, heated front seats and keyless access with push-button start.

Volkswagen has also added the new MIB II infotainment system, which offers USB and VW-Car Net App-Connect, with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink compatibility, allowing users to access select apps from their smartphones through the vehicle's head unit.

The Golf SportWagon Limited Edition uses a 1.8-liter turbocharged four-pot producing 170 HP (172 PS) and 199 lb-ft (270 Nm) mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is EPA-rated at 35 mpg.
