The Paul Pogba transfer saga has had so many ridiculous twists and turns that having a rapper announce the signing suddenly seems almost normal.
Neither Juventus nor Manchester United have officially announced the completion of what will be the most expensive transfer in football history, despite Pogba arriving in Manchester for his medical.
That lack of communication has led some to jump the gun, just like UK rapper Stormzy.
The artist posted a video on Twitter showing him alongside the France international, decked in a United shirt.

Stormzy quickly removed the post but it was too late, as the video quickly went viral.
It was the second Pogba teaser of the day, following the star's appearance in a Manchester launderette wearing his Red Devils training gear.
Who will be the next to announce the Pogba transfer: a psychic? A circus troupe? A unicorn? Or, most improbably, one of the clubs actually involved in the deal? We cannot wait to find out!
