Lionel Messi is back at Camp Nou and despite the long summer it looks like the wizardly No.10 had never been away.
The Argentine star had a hand in all three of Barcelona's goals as they won the Joan Gamper Trophy with a 3-2 victory against Sampdoria on Wednesday.
Messi set up his forward colleague Luis Suarez with an improvised overhead kick to take the lead and then walked the ball into the net by feinting past the goalkeeper for his side's second.
But the best was yet to come: a classic left-footed free-kick that soared into the top-right corner, capping a brilliant first 45 minutes for the reigning Ballon d'Or winner.
