The Nigeria Police Force has come out to say that the reports that some officers sealed up the National secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) are not true.
In a recent statement by DCP Frank Mba, Force PRO, revealed that the officer that were present at the secretariat were ordered by the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Adamu, to maintain law and order, inside and around APC National Secretariat.
According to him, no one went there to seal anything and the officers were only at the location to keep things peaceful.
He added that it is their duty to ensure there is no breakdown of law and order at the Secretariat.
