Eh? Well, that's Jack Wilshere for you. Known for his antics on social media almost as much as he is for kicking a football for money, the Arsenal midfielder is preparing for the new season after 12 months of injury agony.
Fans quickly picked up on Wilshere's decision to use the frame of his shower to do pull-ups rather than use the rest of the gym equipment visible in the picture... but whatever works for you, Jack!
