The woman who accused Trey Songz of domestic assault, earlier this year, Andrea Buera, has come back for him, she filed another lawsuit against him.
The earlier suit against Trey had been rejected by the Los Angeles City Attorney.
Recall that Trey Songz, was accused by his girlfriend, Andrea Buera, of violently assaulting her during a jealous rage. In the report she filed with the police, Buera said they have been together for several years, but trouble began on February 17 after they hung out at a nightclub in Los Angeles and he became enraged by her conversation with another man.
When they returned to Trey’s rental house, he allegedly charged at her, repeatedly hit her, before tossing her two phones down a cliff, and then he returned later to apologise and also offer her $2,000 to buy new phone.
After the alleged incident she filed for a restraining order, and was granted the request.
The accusation was denied by Trey Songz “I am being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain,” he posted on Twitter and days after the case was dropped by the District Attorney.
In May, all of the charges brought against Trey Songz were dismissed.
TMZ reports that Songz is now being sued by Buera yet again in an effort to have him cover her medical expenses and other damages.
