At least 27 people have been killed in a wedding party in Yemen by an air strike.
The attack which struck in the village of Wahijah, near the South-Western Red Sea port of Mocha left no fewer than eight children dead in the attack.
The attack hit two tents while a wedding for a local man linked to the Houthi group was taking place.
However, the death toll is yet to be confirmed but a security source leaves it at 38 people who died from the attack and at least 40 injured.
A Saudi-led coalition has been carrying out air strikes in Yemen since March to try to push back Houthi rebels who seized control of much of the country earlier this year.
As stated by the United Nations, an estimate of 4,900 people has and more than 2,200 civilians have been killed in Yemen since 26 March.
