The 41-year-old Mom star shared the home with her action star ex Chris Prattwho filed for divorce in Decemberand their five-year-old son Jack.

The couplewho were revealed to be dating in Septemberwere seen holding hands as they checked out a contemporary $3.56m two-level property in the Venice Beach neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The Hollywood Hills home that Anna is parting ways with is single story, was built in 1950 and sits on an acre of land.
In recent years the home has been remodeled and updated with hardwood floors and high-end appliances.

Anna and Chris also own a 4,700-square-foot home across the street. In 2013, they paid $3.3 million for the abode.
The couple shocked Hollywood last summer when they took to Facebook to announce their separation after eight years of marriage, making clear that Jack's well-being was their first and foremost priority.

'Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward,' the couple said in a joint statement.
Since her split with Chris, Anna has been linked to Michael Barrett, a cinematographer she met on the set of her upcoming comedy Overboard.
But the House Bunny star in the latest issue of People said she and Chris will always be close.
'We'll always have each other and be incredible friends,' she insisted.
