Inspired by Aston Martin designs of the 1980s and 90s, Kahn's hand built Vengeance represents British designer Afzal Kahn's lifelong pursuit to design the car he has always wanted to drive.
Though based on the DB9 chassis, the Vengeance features a redesigned front bumper and wide spaced grille, to go with its widened front wings which merge seamlessly into the doors.
Other key exterior features include the bonnet bulge, widened C-pillars & rear wings, restyled rear bumper, crosshair exhaust system and lightweight sculpted wheels which feature a retro multi spoke design where the inner rim takes inspiration from the classic roulette wheel. The number spokes actually increases from 16 at the front to 18 at the rear which makes for a pretty unique design.
"The feedback we've received so far from media colleagues, customers and fans thus far has been phenomenal. Everybody I’ve spoken to wants to see the Vengeance up close and get behind the wheel," said Mr Kahn. "I've worked in the industry my whole career, and I want to leave a legacy which I can be proud of. The 2016 Geneva Motor Show is the ideal platform to launch such a hand crafted vehicle."
Aston Martin exec Gary Archer added that he is delighted to see Kahn Design in Geneva and that "there is a long and rich history of specialist coach-built Aston Martins, and we wish Kahn every success with the Vengeance."
According to the British coach-builder, the Vengeance should prove to be a sound investment seen as how prices for hand built sports cars keep rising. In other words, this car is could make money for you even after you've already purchased it.
