The Police have arraigned the former Governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido, at a Dutse high court on Tuesday over alleged inciting comments. Lamido was said to have been arrested at his residence in Sharada, Kano State on Sunday. He was reported to have incited his supporters to hinder the local government elections in the state billed for July 1.
