President Muhammadu Buhari has said the best way to experience development in Nigeria is through stability in the political process.
Buhari said this on Wednesday in Abuja when Gambian president Adama Barrow visited him.
As stated by Buhari, there is little or no development when whenever there is instability in the nation as resources would be spent on the wrong courses.
“The best route to national development is stability,” Buhari added. “When a country is not stable, you spend most of your financial resources on security.
“That is the money that should have gone into education, infrastructure, and generating employment for the people, particularly youths.”
He equally congratulated with Barrow on his election as the leader of the West African nation last December.
