The first record contained 5 names whereas the second had the names of 23 folks.

Among these listed as “looters” have been Uche Secondus, nationwide chairman of the PDP; Sambo Dasuki, former nationwide safety adviser (NSA); and Olisa Metuh, former nationwide spokesman of the PDP.
