Chairman of the Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property (SPIP), Okoi Obono-Obla, disclosed this on Wednesday.

Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, had launched two lists of alleged looters.
The first record contained 5 names whereas the second had the names of 23 folks.
Among these listed as “looters” have been Uche Secondus, nationwide chairman of the PDP; Sambo Dasuki, former nationwide safety adviser (NSA); and Olisa Metuh, former nationwide spokesman of the PDP.
