President Muhammadu Buhari is ready to depart Nigeria on Saturday for a two-day working go to to the Kingdom of Morocco.

As said by an assertion by his media aide, Garba Shehu, the go to is on the invitation of His Royal Majesty, King Mohammed VI.

It follows prior engagements in December 2016, through the official go to of His Majesty to Nigeria.

In Rabat, discussions will concentrate on strengthening current agreements on the fertilizer trade, training cooperation, the Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline mission and establishing a primary chemical platform to harness Nigeria’s huge pure fuel sources and help Morocco’s diammonium phosphate trade.

The assertion reads partly: “It is noteworthy that following the signing of a collaboration settlement between Nigeria and Morocco in December 2016 to revive the deserted Nigerian fertilizer mixing vegetation, 14 vegetation have been revitalized to date beneath the Presidential Fertilizer Initiative (PFI); with a complete capability of two.3 million MT of NPK fertilizers.

“The President will be accompanied on the trip by Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State and other senior government officials.”
