The French defender looked to be in a serious amount of pain after hyper-extending his knee following an aerial challenge, and fears have been raised over his long-term fitness
Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma was stretchered off after landing awkwardly on his right leg in Sunday's Premier League clash against Manchester United.
The Frenchman's howls could be heard from distance as he landed after challenging for a header, hyper-extending his right leg as he hit the ground.
The severity of the injury is yet unknown, but discussions over social media are already speculating that he could be out for the rest of the season given the 21-year-old's reaction to what was clearly severe pain.
Gary Cahill replaced Zouma on 59 minutes, only for Manchester United to open the scoring 2 minutes later.
