Dele Alli scored one of the goals of the season to inspire Tottenham to a 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace.
From the edge of the area, Alli received the ball, flicked the ball over the head of the onrushing Mile Jedinak, and drilled a volley hard and low past Wayne Hennessey.
Spurs had gone behind in the 30th minute following Jan Verthonghen’s own goal, but second-half strikes from Harry Kane, Alli and Nacer Chadli keep Mauricio Pochettino’s men in four place but now just two points behind second-placed Arsenal.
