The Juventus legend's coordination and timing is still being put to good use in retirement, with the 41-year-old now a headline name on Italian reality TV show Dancing with the Stars.
Partnering dance professional Roberta Beccarini, Del Piero showed off his best tango moves before an interlude which included a video backdrop of his famous extra-time winning goal against Germany at the 2006 World Cup.
Calm, balanced and composed, Del Piero's footballing career has clearly aided his transition to the dancefloor.
