Compared to a Ferrari or a Lamborghini, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage may seem more practical for everyday use.
It's a relatively large trunk, a spacious cabin and has an interior bathed in luscious leather and other fine materials. It can't compete with the Italians on grunt or state-of-the-art tech, however, it's its own character.
Well known blogger, writer and YouTuber Doug DeMuro recently purchased a silver V8 Vantage and, in the midst of crippling snow storms in the US, decided to see how the British sports car performs on snow-covered roads.
Given that the Vantage uses a powerful V8 driving the rear wheels and at the best of times is known for being quite tail-happy, it predictably struggles massively in the snow, particularly when fitted with summer tires.
A 4x4 with winter tires would have been much better suited to the Snowzilla, nowhere near as fun though.
