President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has formally appointed Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State as the Renewed Hope Ambassador and Secretary for Party Outreach, Engagement, and Mobilisation, effective immediately.
In a letter personally signed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Inuwa Yahaya is tasked with collaborating closely with the Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC). This strategic move aims to foster harmony, inclusiveness, and coordinated efforts across the party's extensive mobilisation and engagement network.

The President has charged Governor Inuwa Yahaya with the crucial responsibility of galvanising support for the party. His remit includes actively promoting its programmes, policies, and notable achievements throughout the country.
President Tinubu underscored the importance of diligent preparation, stating in the letter, "Preparation is critical and essential to achieving this outcome, and your leadership will be central to guiding this process effectively and strategically."
