Karen Igho, in recent interview, talks about her acting career as well as what is making her tweet about love and relationships lately. Excerpts below:
Q: What was the Tinsel experience like?
KAREN: It was wonderful and overwhelming, I met a lot of nice people from the cast and crew, and they were really amazing. I was so motivated and encouraged after the experience; I had to go back to acting school in the UK to brush myself up. Now I'm back with a bang!
Q: Acting on soaps and in movies, which do you prefer?
KAREN: Movies are one-offs in that you're done almost immediately. Series take longer and are more challenging and help you connect and understand a character more, and this helps an artiste grow, so I'll say soaps.
Q: What acting projects are you working on at the moment?
KAREN: None at the moment, even though I have a number of scripts lined up and shoots start soon. Watch out for Karen Igho!
Q: What's your take on relationships, you've been tweeting about it recently?
KAREN: Relationships are about give and take, it's not a one way thing. It's about two people who love and understand each other and are willing to be together against all odds. I miss being in a relationship because I'm a relationship person. My tweeting about it is just me being real.
