Senator Dino Melaye
Senator Ben Murray-Bruce (PDP-Bayelsa East) on Monday stated that the senate has not been the same since the absence of embattled Senator Dino Melaye (APC-Kogi West).
In a post on his Twitter page, the United States based pastor said Melaye should resume sitting at the Senate on Wednesday.
Murray-Bruce wrote: “I want @dino_melaye to come to the Senate on Wednesday even if he is on crutches.
“The @NGRSenate is not the same without Dino! We miss him. I know he is on crutches but I want him to come on Wednesday and I will stand with him.”
Dino Melaye is currently involved in a battle with the Nigerian Police Force.
He is currently being admitted at the National Hospital Abuja after allegedly jumping off a police van that was transporting him to Lokoja, Kogi State for trial.
