The France international has selected four of his compatriots in his side and ignored all his Manchester City team-mates despite their success in his three seasons at the club
Bacary Sagna has lined up alongside some of the very best during his career with Arsenal, Manchester City and France, meaning he was left with some tough choices in selecting his dream five-a-side team.
And the right-back has opted to leave out all of his current City team-mates, selecting players he shared a dressing room with either in north London or with his national side.
Speaking to City's official website, Sagna opted for Jens Lehmann in goal over the likes of Joe Hart and Hugo Lloris, and selected Lilian Thuram as his sole defender.
Patrick Vieira, who played for City towards the end of his career but only alongside Sagna for France, earns his place ahead of the likes of Yaya Toure and is partnered in midfield by Claude Makelele.
And Thierry Henry rounds off the side after Sagna preferred him to current team-mate Sergio Aguero.
