In all competitions this season, they have combined to score 91 goals and provide a further 43 assists. By way of comparison, their nearest challenger from England in this regard is Manchester City, who have 85 goals. And Messi missed 10 consecutive matches through injury.
Arsenal, meanwhile, are some distance behind. Their players have scored 61 goals in competitive games this season, the fifth-most of all Premier League sides. You could take away all of Messi's 27 goals and Suarez and Neymar have still scored more goals than Arsene Wenger's whole team.
The side of the task facing Arsenal cannot be underestimated; they would have to have one hell of a night to stop any one of the MSN. Preventing all three from scoring at the same time is another matter entirely.
