George was attending the Swansea game as a personal guest of Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu, after the boy's father posted a video online of his son showing off his football skills in a 'Deulofeu 19' replica shirt.
That video was so popular online that Deulofeu himself saw it, and contacted the family.
George said he never thought he would win goal of the month, but the club have now invited him to their end-of-season awards dinner, too, to celebrate his success.
