The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide has mentioned it's planning a South-East youth summit on referendum.
This was revealed in an assertion by the youths on Thursday the place they mentioned, “the extent of compliance by the folks of South East needs to be a source of fear to all governments in any respect stage, particularly the Federal Government.
