A New York parent have filed a lawsuit against their unemployed 30-year-old son, over his refusal to move out of their home.
The woman and man identified as Mark and Christina Rotondo, told the court that their only son, Michael Rotondo does nothing to pay the bills, neither does he help with house chores.
Mark and Christina stated that they have been trying to evict their son from the house for months and also volunteered to assist him after he leaves their house but he wouldn’t yield.

Daily Mail reported that Michael argued that legal precedent allowed him six months notice before he can be evicted from the house.
The New York State Supreme Court Judge, Donald Greenwood, who presided over the case told Michael that six months was an ‘outrageous’ amount of time to ask for, adding that there was another case that nullified the six months notice.
This angered Michael who argued that it was ‘outrageous’ for his own parents to evict him, especially being their only son.
On that note, Michael left the court frustrated, without saying a word to his parents.
As stated by CNY Central, the 30-year-old said he didn’t think the judge read the case comprehensively and that he was going to appeal the decision.
It was gathered that the judge told the couple to come up with an eviction order for their son to sign, however, Michael’s duration in the house was not stated in court.
The couple’s lawyer is also planning to get an eviction order that would be enforceable ny the sheriff, even when they are all aware of Michael’s plans to appeal the case, according to reports.
Zillow also learnt that the house, a four-bedroom is owned by Michael’s mother, Christine Rotondo.
It was acquired in 1988 at an estimate of $218, 000.
