Nigerian politicians do not love the country and are only moving from one party to another for personal gains, pastor Adewale Giwa has said.

Giwa who is the senior pastor of the Awaiting The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ Gospel Church also claimed that God is no longer answering the prayers of Nigerians as there is much blood in the land.

He also said the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party cannot bring the needed dividends of democracy to Nigerians.

β€œI urge Nigerians not be deceived by what is currently going in the APC or PDP. They are [the] same politicians changing from one party to the other,” the clergyman said in a statement.

β€œThey do not have the love of Nigerians a hearts; you can see them jumping from one party to the other.”

As stated by him, β€œpoliticians in the past have failed Nigerians. It is the high time people of the country opened their eyes to shun the antics politicians who always after themselves, but after the interest of us.

β€œIt is time to support a young vibrant Nigerian from any party, aside [from] the PDP and the APC . Reason is because those who vowed to turn the country around have disappointed us. We can no longer trust their words.

β€œGod cannot answer our prayers in Nigeria like I said because tears and human blood are flowing in Nigeria.

β€œPeople are walking in the streets with fears, insecurity has taken over the country. Even the devil has taken over the hearts of politicians.

β€œIsaiah 59 verse 8 says, the way of peace they do not know, there is no justice in their path. They have turned them into crooked ways, no one will walk along them will know peace.”
