
Authorities are actively searching for a suspect involved in a stabbing incident that left five individuals injured at a southeast London event.
Emergency services responded to Nathan Way in Thamesmead at 4:19 AM today, where the victims were found with stab wounds and subsequently transported to the hospital, though their conditions remain unclear.
As of now, no arrests have been made.
The Metropolitan Police stated, 'Officers are investigating an incident in Thamesmead this morning, where five people were seriously assaulted.
"Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service and five people were located with stab wounds.
"They were taken to hospital where their injuries are being assessed.
"Enquiries are ongoing and a cordon will remain in place throughout the day. No arrests have been made at this stage."
The London Ambulance Service reported: "We were called at 4.17am on Saturday 16 May to reports of a stabbing in Nathan Way, SE28.
"We sent resources including ambulance crews, paramedics in response cars, an incident response officer, advanced paramedics and London's air ambulance.
"We treated three patients at the scene before taking them to hospital."
It is believed that two additional individuals were taken to the hospital by others.
