Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Gen Muhammadu Buhari today expressed regrets on what happened in Rivers State. Buhari said the incidents that have led to the stalemate in the election in Rivers State is a continuation of the hostility between the APC and the Peoples Democratic Party. Speaking with newsmen in his Daura home just as results of the nationwide poll trickled in, he said he was sure that the Independent National Electoral Commission would rectify all the hitches and ensure voting resumes on Sunday.
