Arsenal have tabled a bid for Barcelona flop Arda Turan, according to Don Balon.
Just over 12 months after joining the Spanish giants, and seven months after making his competitive debut, the Turkey international has been put up for sale after failing to make the desired impact.
Barcelona signed Turan for a fee potentially rising to €41 million (£35m) last summer but could now be available for €27m (£23m), though Galatasaray have offered the most at €20m (£17m) thus far.
Arsenal also face competition from Borussia Dortmund as Barcelona look to sell ahead of a potential move for Andre Gomes.
