The interim manager at Stamford Bridge does not think the Corinthians forward is good enough for the Blues and has turned down the chance to sign him for £7 million
Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink has blocked the club's bid to bring Alexandre Pato to west London, according to the Daily Star Sunday.
The Blues have been in talks surrounding a £7 million deal to bring the Corinthians forward to Stamford Bridge amid reports of interest from around Europe.
But Hiddink has stepped in to call off the move as he does not believe the former AC Milan star is at the required level to help his side in neither the Premier League nor the Champions League this term.
