Milan are keen to appoint Manuel Pellegrini as their manager when he departs Manchester City, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Chilean is set to depart Manchester City at the end of the season to make way for Pep Guardiola and the Italian club are prepared to offer him a quick return to European football, having sent representatives to Wednesday's Champions League semi-final between City and Real Madrid.
Cristian Brocchi is currently in charge of the Italian giants but, should he lose the final of the Coppa Italia to Juventus then the club's powerbrokers may be forced into a change.
