United are in talks with Braga over a €20 million deal for the Portuguese winger - whose economic rights are part owned by Jorge Mendes
Manchester United have ‘reserved’ Braga winger Rafa Silva for when Jose Mourinho is appointed this summer, according to A Bola.
The report claims that negotiations are already under way but will need to pay the 22-year-old’s €20 million release clause.
Mourinho is keen on a move for Rafa, who has been capped five times by Portugal, while 50 per cent of the player’s economic rights are owned by Jorge Mendes - agent of the former Chelsea boss.
Porto had a €16m bid for Rafa rejected in the January transfer window.
