When you compare it to other high-end phones on the market, it highlights how powerful Qualcomm's new option is.
The iPhone 6S Plus scored a multi-core result of 4351 while the iPad Pro came out with 5468. That's a top-of-the-range tablet just beating out the Galaxy S7 Snapdragon version.
Samsung decided to drop Qualcomm for the Galaxy S6 and it paid off for the company – the Snapdragon 810 chipset has had some serious overheating issues that the Galaxy phones have managed to escape by not including it.
