Saraki meets with former military ruler Ibrahim Babangida
Senate President Bukola Saraki on Wednesday paid a visit to former Military President Ibrahim Babangida in Minna, Niger state.
But Saraki did not disclose what he discussed with Babangida behind closed doors, saying it was personal.
He, however, posted on Twitter that he was in Minna to pay his respects to the former Nigerian leader, adding that he was always ”happy to be with a father and leader.”
The senate president had earlier in the day addressed a world news conference concerning a blockade of the National Assembly by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) on Tuesday morning.
