Senator Shehu Sani (APC-kaduna Central) has mentioned the killings and kidnappings in Birnin Gwari space of Kaduna State isn't totally different from Boko Haram assaults within the North-East.

“There is want for the federal authorities to take the scenario in Birnin Gwari as critical as the opposite locations.
“It is as bad as the situation of Boko Haram and there is burial everyday and ceaseless mourning.”
“I appeal to the Senate to call on President Muhammadu Buhari to take Birnin Gwari serious even as there are killings that are not reported in the media.”
