Senate President Saraki Greets President Muhammadu Buhari
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to tolerate members of the National Assembly and see them as his personal kids.
He made the assertion when a delegation of lawmakers paid Buhari sallah homage at Aso Rock.
Saraki, who was represented by the Deputy Senate Leader, Bala Na’Allah, stated for the reason that return to democracy in 1999, no president has obtained assist from the National Assembly like Buhari.
He assured the President of the National Assembly assist to his administration..
He stated, “Mr President, I've the authority of each member of the senate and the home of representatives to want you a blessed Eid-el-Fitr.
“And I've the authority of each one among us to equally pledge our loyalty and dedication to work with you for the betterment of this nation and to want you extra power; to want you extra well being and most significantly Mr President so as to add further diploma of tolerance for you so that you simply tolerate us as your kids.
“Mr President, let me seize this opportunity to say, for the record, that from 1999, when we started our democratic experience till date, no president and I repeat, `no president and I say for the third time, no president has received this amount of cooperation from the national assembly like you contrary to what is outside there.”
