Treasure (Green) House at the weekend dethroned Esteem (Yellow) House to become the new champion of the fifth Biennial Taadel Inter House Sports tagged: ‘2016 TAADEL Games’ held at the Sports Complex of the University of Lagos, Akoka.
On the day’s events that included the tricycle race, picking of balls, cycling, tunnel race and notable sports, Treasure House at the end of day won 11 gold, six silver and nine bronze to come first, Esteem (Blue) House placed second with eight gold, five silver and 11 bronze while Royal (Red) House with six gold, seven silver and six bronze was third. In the fourth position was Excel (Blue) House with four gold, 11 silver and three bronze.
In a colourful march past that drew the applause of the excited parents who thronged in to cheer up their wards, Treasure came top, Excel was second, Esteem third and Royal placed fourth.
