The winger has admitted that the Ligue 1 champions' thoughts had already turned towards their Champions League last 16 second leg tie when they were held to a draw by Montpellier
Lucas Moura has warned his Paris Saint-Germain team-mates to be wary of the threat of Willian when they visit Chelsea on Wednesday.
PSG go to Stamford Bridge holding a 2-1 first-leg advantage in their Champions League last-16 tie, and the attacker believes his countryman is Guus Hiddink’s greatest weapon.
“Willian is currently on his top form, and for me he’s the best Chelsea player today," he told reporters. "But they have a lot of great players, like Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Pedro. We must not monitor only one player.”
The champions were held to a goalless draw against Montpellier at Parc des Princes on Saturday, and the 23-year-old admitted that the squad already had their thoughts on the forthcoming midweek engagement.
“I think that was the case,” he admitted. “Everyone knows that Wednesday is the match that everyone is waiting for. It’s the most important game of the season for us.
“Today we were not at our best, we failed to play our game, we missed some opportunities, but it does not matter.
“In the league we are going well, we are 23 points ahead of [Monaco] in second. The most important is to get to the Chelsea match with everyone available to play.”
