Senator Sani Shehu has described the late pioneer Chairman of the lndependent Corrupt Practices and different associated Offences Commission (lCPC) retired Justice Mustapha Akanbi as a dogged crusader in opposition to corruption.
Justice Mustapha Akanbi handed away on Sunday morning, aged 86 at his residence in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.
Reacting to the event, the lawmaker who represents Kaduna South, mentioned, Akanbi was an exemplary chief.
“Justice Mustapha Akambi; An exemplary jurist,an elder statesman, a dogged crusader against corruption who fought with ‘the arms of the law’; May Allah forgive his soul,” the lawmaker posted on Twitter.
