The Masked Lady
The Lagos State Police command has provided N1 million to anyone that may present helpful data that may result in the arrest of a masked woman that claimed a policeman, Inspector Christopher Nabugwu, was residing in luxurious.
The woman, in a video that went viral on social media, alleged that Nabugwu was price over N2 billion in money and property, including that he owned a constructing on 27 Remi Fani-Kayode Street, GRA, Ikeja, price N250m, and used unique automobiles.
In a assertion on Sunday by the Lagos State Police spokesperson, CSP Chike Oti, the allegations caught the eye of the Inspector-General of Police, who ordered an investigation into the allegation.
Oti mentioned: “Investigation into the matter was painstakingly carried out. At the end of the probe, it was clear that the allegations were not only false and misleading, but a calculated attempt to malign the name of a hard-working police officer and embarrass the police authorities.”
Oti mentioned the Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, would depend on the goodwill of Lagosians and Nigerians to get data that will result in the arrest of the masked lady.
